''Acleris lipsiana'' is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in Great Britain, Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Baltic region and Russia.〔(Fauna Europaea )〕 It is also found in North America, where it has been recorded from Alberta and Washington.〔(mothphotographersgroup )〕 The habitat consists of high moors and mountainous areas.〔(UKmoths )〕 The wingspan is 17-24 mm. Adults are on wing from August to October and, after hibernation, to April. The larvae feed on ''Vaccinium myrtillus'', ''Vaccinium vitis-idaea'', ''Myrica gale'', ''Malus sylvestris'', ''Betula'' and ''Pyrus'' species. They feed from within spun shoots or leaves of their host plant.
